When we use the breath as a tool to access our subconscious, we can free ourselves from the mental/emotional patterns and societal conditioning that can keep us limited in our lives. Triggers and activations soften, and we gain space, helping us to become less reactive and more responsive in our lives. Come home to your body as a safe space, open your heart within, and set yourself free.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, part community building and part consciousness altering. The experience moves stuck emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.

Breathwork can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and trauma, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love.
